If there is one artist I admire the most, it would be of course without any doubt the Greatest harmonica jazz musician Toots Thielemans. Though he is not that young anymore, he exudes such energy, dynamism and charism. I had the chance to watch him perform on a stage in Leuven this summer and there’s only one thing I can say: Magic!
Enjoy the pictures I made during the concert.

Flower Power (part 4)

In spite of the fact that we have had a bad summer this year in Belgium, here are some of my best shots between some raindrops here and there. Enjoy! 🙂

Timelapse of a moonrise in Leuven. At about 57s, there’s a shooting star on top left of the frame. For best result set the resolution in HD. Enjoy.

This is my first time-lapse. I know that I can do better, but like I said it’s my first one. Next time instead of setting an interval of 10 seconds between each still shall I try with 4 seconds. The result be should better. So in the meantime have fun with this footage.

It’s time for Flower Power part 3. Enjoy!

Open Air Opera

Exceptional evening yesterday evening @ Valerie & Peter. They organised a private opera  in their own garden. The performers were at their best. Thanks Valerie & Peter. Here are some pics of the evening. They are not that sharp (I did what I could) 🙂

Full Moonlight

Can anybody guess at what time of the evening this photograph has been taken? If you answered earlier than 11:00 pm, you are all wrong. Actually, this has been taken at 30 minutes before midnight. There is no tricks, no photoshop, just use the right settings on your SLR to get this result: 70mm, f/2.8, 15s, ISO 500 and voilà!
